What We Treat

Hands-on therapy paired with clinical tools, so we can address what's actually causing your pain, not just where you feel it.

Core Treatments

01

Therapeutic Massage

The foundation of everything here.

Every session is built around your body and your goals, not a fixed routine. We start by talking through what's going on, assess how you're actually moving, then work systematically through the areas driving your pain.

02

Therapeutic Cupping Massage

Decompression where hands alone stall out.

Cupping lifts and separates tissue rather than pressing into it, which makes it useful for stubborn areas that stop responding to direct pressure. Combined with therapeutic massage to release deeper restriction and improve circulation.

TMJ, Headaches & Migraines

For pain that lives above the shoulders.

Jaw pain, tension headaches, and migraines are often driven by the same small group of muscles in the neck, jaw, and base of the skull. Focused work here can meaningfully change how often and how hard they hit.

Injury & Post-Surgical Recovery

Support through the healing process.

Massage that works alongside your surgeon, physical therapist, or physician, whether before and after a procedure or following an injury. The goal is to help you recover well and get function back, not to replace your medical care.

Scar Release Therapy

A scar is never only on the surface. Releasing it can change pain you'd never connect to it.

Why scars matter more than they look

Whether it came from surgery, a broken bone, a torn muscle, or an old injury, a scar doesn't stop at the skin. Underneath, layers of tissue can bind together into adhesions, and and those adhesions pull on fascia, compress nerves, and slow the movement of blood and lymph through the area.

That's why a scar on your abdomen can show up as back pain, or a years-old surgical site can keep a nearby joint from moving properly. The scar isn't the whole problem, but it's often the piece nobody has addressed.

How the treatment works

Scar Release Therapy applies concentrated DC microcurrent along both sides of the scar using the Dolphin Neurostim. The current reaches into the dermis, the deeper layer where scar tissue actually forms, rather than working only on the surface the way manual techniques and cupping do.

It's non-invasive and shouldn't hurt. Most people describe it as a light tapping or pulsing. You can start treating a scar once it has healed enough, including relatively recent surgical scars.

How many sessions? It depends on the age, size, and type of the scar. Many people notice a change after a single session, though a full course is usually somewhere in the range of 3-6. Older scars generally take more sessions than recent ones.

Advanced care

Microcurrent Therapy

Dolphin Neurostim and MPS therapy, for pain that hasn't responded to hands alone.

The Dolphin Neurostim is a handheld device that delivers brief, concentrated microcurrent to specific points on the body, many of which line up with traditional acupuncture and trigger points, though nothing is ever inserted and no needles are involved.

The approach is called MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation). Alongside relieving pain locally, it's used to help shift the nervous system out of a sustained stress response and toward a calmer, parasympathetic state, which is the state your body actually repairs in. For people carrying pain for months or years, that shift often matters as much as the local tissue work.

Pain management

Concentrated microcurrent applied to the points driving your pain pattern.

Scar release

The same device used along a scar to break up adhesions beneath it.

Nervous system

Vagus nerve work to help the body settle out of a chronic stress state.

Dolphin Neurostim and MPS Therapy are developed by Dolphin MPS, who publish the clinical research behind the method. You can read their research and device information atdolphinmps.com. Individual results vary, and this is complementary care and does not replace treatment from your physician.

On-site

Corporate & Event Chair Massage

Bring therapeutic chair massage to your office, conference, or private event. A well-run chair massage station is one of the few perks people genuinely remember, and it takes very little space to set up.

Not Sure What You Need?

That's normal. Every appointment starts with a conversation and an assessment, and we'll figure out the right approach together, and we'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
