Most people come in when something has already gone wrong. Members tend to stop having that conversation, because the problem gets caught while it is still small. That is the entire point.
Joining takes a conversation. Memberships are set up in person or over the phone, so we can put you on the tier that actually fits. Mention it at your next visit, or call and we'll sort it out in a couple of minutes.
Monthly credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
