Office Policies

There is no fee if you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a 50% fee for the treatment.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you receive your full scheduled session.

If you arrive on time or late, we can only provide the time remaining in your appointment, and you'll be responsible for the full length of the session you booked.

Not arriving for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

We keep a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
